The Kawasaki ZRX1200R naked standard motorcycle is very popular and is one of the coolest large displacement big bore sport oriented street bikes on the road today! Produced in Japan between 2001 and 2008, the ZRX1200 from Kawasaki was available in three configurations and bodywork combinations. The ZRX1200S was equipped with a partial fairing while the ZRX1200R had a small front bikini fairing and the ZRX1200 had no front fairing at all. At the time of this photo, the front headlight cowling was temporarily removed for repair. Included below are many important specifications for the Kawasaki ZRX1200R.

The ZRX1200R Kawasaki standard motorcycle frame is made of super strong conventional steel tubing with the big 1200cc Kawi big bore motor supported by a convenient removable cradle.

The Kawasaki ZRX1200R features a liquid-cooled 1164cc inline 4-cylinder 16 valve DOHC engine with four massive 36 mm Keihin carburetors fed by a giant airbox.

The Kawasaki ZRX1200R Naked Bike chassis suspension has 43 mm KYB Kayaba conventional motorcycle front forks with adjustable damping and preload, while KYB Kayaba rear twin gas charged shocks with adjustable damping and preload control the rear suspension swingarm.

The ZRX1200 has a reinforced rear swingarm designed to look like the modified performance aftermarket motorcycle racing swingarms produced throughout the 1970s motorcycling era.

The big awesome Kawasaki ZRX1200R motorcycle engine Bore x Stroke is 79 mm x 59.4 mm.

The Kawasaki ZRX1200R transmission is a performance tested and proven constant mesh 5 speed configuration and the final drive consists of sprockets and a large 530 O-ring chain.
